We decided to go with my brother on a 7 day Caribbean cruise. A last family outing before we are gone for months around the world.

We chose the Holland America Neiuw Statendam for this trip.

Sadly Key West was replaced with Freeport Bahamas at the last minute.

Days 1 and 2, Half Moon Cay and a sea day.

A fun day playing in the water and a great sunset. Some of the calmest waters I have ever seen, the ocean was like glass and it seemed like we were barely moving it was so smooth. We ended with a great dinner.

Day 3 – Grand Turk

We had never been here. It is a very nice and very flat island. Had the best jerk chicken ever and a very nice local lager at Jack’s Shack. Water was amazing.

Day 4 Amber Cove

Another new port for us, and we were treated to a perfect rainbow on arrival. Not a lot here, the same old shopping.
